Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.  Before initiating a return, we want to ensure we have done everything we can to help with product setup and answer any questions.  Any customers initiating a "chargeback" without requesting a return through our help center will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover the "chargeback" administrative costs and fees charged by credit card companies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Warranty Claims/Replacements/Exchanges
SLX Products are covered under our 180-day replacement policy covering manufacturing defects.  Damage caused by misuse will not be covered under warranty.  If you would like to make a warranty claim, please submit a HelpDesk Ticket using the link below, and include as much detail as possible, including pictures or video attachments to support your claim.  Replacement items will be mailed with return postage to send back the defective products

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
